Insomnia had got the better of me - for the past week at least. Regardless of how weak and tired my physique might be.. my overactive mind just refused to shut off.

Most of the time, I find myself mullin over the events of the day and also thinkin of whats ahead. Lyin there, u tried all kinds of comfy postures to slp.. but to no avail.. wide awake.. the clock ticked by slowly..
Normally when i finally got horizontal and slipped into slumberland, the sun is already risin vertically in the celestial sphere and usually, i'll sleep through the alarm soundin.....
u know what that means - another day of self-declare holiday.

If this prolongs.. I think i'll become nocturnal.
